SRINAGAR – Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Chairman Yasin Malik has on Saturday been shifted to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as his condition deteriorated critically.
According to Indian media, he was referred to SKIMS Soura for advanced treatment by the team of medicos at Khyber hospital.
His family confirmed that Yasin Malik was given an injection at a private clinic due to which his condition became extremely critical and the left arm stopped working.
Upon hearing the news, Mishal Malik got unconscious and was shifted to a local private hospital.
Yasin Malik had been shifted to the central jail in Srinagar from JIC Hamhaama. He was kept in solitary detention at JIC due to which his health deteriorated sharply.
