ISLAMABAD – Ministry of Interior has moved Supreme Court of Pakistan against the Sindh High Court’s (SHC) decision of removing model Ayyan Ali’s name from Exit Control List (ECL).
The Interior ministry has stated in its application that SHC did not have authority to hear the case, the local media reported
According to Interior Ministry, the model’s name was put in ECL on the request of Punjab Home Department but the high court announced verdict without listening to its stance.
The apex court has been asked to include the name of Ayyan Ali in the ECL.
