Right after her immense fame during Coke Studio season 9, Momina got engaged with America-based Pakistani banker 'Ali Naqvi'. Her relationship status turned from single to engaged, which left many a hearts broken.

This is not the end though, guys! This story took another turn, and they sadly broke up after four months of ring-exchanging. The reason behind the break up has not been disclosed yet, as Momina wants to keep her 'privacy'.

Prior to her engagement she has been seen with the heartthrob of Pakistan Ali Zafar's younger sibling 'Danyal Zafar' casually hanging out in Dubai, Pakistan. Rumors of their affair arose, however it ended when she announced her engagement with 'Ali Naqvi'.
