ISLAMABAD – Punjab Food Authority has failed yet again in proving their false accusations against Tea Whitener Products, as Lahore High Court has granted a stay order. Due to this, PFA has been restrained from taking action against tea whitener products.
Engro Foods, a renowned name in the local dairy industry, had previously filed a petition over the unjust claims of the Punjab Government and its Food Authority. This was after PFA insisted that all companies mention “This is not Milk” on the packaging of their tea whiteners. If the companies didn’t abide, they would not be allowed to sell their tea whitener products after June 1.
However, LHC has decided in the favour of Tea Whiteners and their vendors by giving them a stay order. As a result, once again, Tea Whitener Products have been proven to be free of chemicals and safe for consumption.
