New Zealand beat Pakistan by 119 runs in 2nd ODI

NAPIER (Web Desk/APP) – New Zealand crushed Pakistan by 119 runs in their second and final one-day international in Napier on Tuesday to win the series 2-0
Pakistan were bowled out for 250 in 43.1 overs in reply to New Zealand’s 369, which included centuries by Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor.
Batting first, New Zealand made 369-5 with KS Williamson 112 and LRPL Taylor with 102 runs not out, while Pakistan were dismissed for 250 in the 43th over.
Earlier, Taylor, playing his 150th one-day international, finished 102 not out with a boundary off the last ball, while Williamson top-scored with 112.
Opener Martin Guptill also contributed 76 to help set Pakistan a mammoth target in the second and final match of the series.
It was New Zealand s highest ODI score against Pakistan, beating the 311 made in Auckland in 2011.
The total was the Black Caps fifth highest in one-day history, surpassed only by scores against second-tier nations Zimbabwe and Canada.
