ALABAMA – Famous US singer and legendary vocalist, Don Williams breathed his last at the age of 78 as the industry mourned at the precious loss.
According to details, Being nicknamed Gentle Giant, the artiste had sung several hit numbers like “It Must Be Love”. He was battling a short illness before losing his life during medical treatment. The six-feet-tall singer had won a place in the Country Music Hall Of Fame after It Must Be Love.
He made a career into singing at an early age by performing in bands and releasing his single songs. He had joined Susan Taylor and Lofton Cline in Pozo-Seco Singers during 1964.
Williams released his first music single in 1972. It was titled “Don’t You Believe”. Having a large fan base in Europe, he had performed in various countries other than the United States.
Williams had released more than 35 albums with his name. He had taken retirement after farewell tour in 2004.-Online
