Naeemul Haque s act was pre-planned, says Daniyal Aziz on slapping incident

ISLAMABAD – Federal Minister for Privatization Daniyal Aziz on Wednesday claimed that physical assault by Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Naeemul Haque on him was part of a pre-planned move.

Talking to media outside the accountability court in Islamabad, the federal minister said that the PTI looked completely perplexed. He claimed that nothing happened while recording the programme that warranted such kind of response from Haque.

A culture of throwing ink, shoes and shooting is being promoted in the country, the minister said, adding, the agenda showed PTI’s bewilderment.

Slamming PTI’s 100-day plan, Aziz said this plan would take Pakistan to disaster as there is a hidden agenda behind it.

He said the internal conflict was widening in the PTI, and the party itself responsible for damaging the organisation from within. He added that vacuum cannot be filled by gathering turncoats.

The brawl erupted when Aziz called Haq a ‘thief’ following which the PTI leader lost his temper.

The show host, Muneeb Farooq, however, managed to defuse the tense situation following the fight.
