KARACHI (Web Desk) – Several areas of Capital City are in darkness again due to the fourth time major electricity breakdown. Electricity supply has been stopped to many areas of Karachi like Malir, model colony, Saudabad, Nazimabad, Liaqatabad, Gulburg, Bufferzone, Gulshan maimar, Gulshan e Jamal, Scheme 33, North Karachi, Sohrab Goth and Ancholi.
Yesterday night Karachi had the same problem later in the day time, K-Electric claimed to have sorted the problem. But after few hours Karachi is having the same power outage problem due to which people are facing a lot of problems during the holly month of Ramazan.
On the hand, K-Electric said that there is no power outage or Electricity breakdown in the city. Only Auto transformers are tripped in the Grid stations. K-electric has restored the power supply to many areas and they are trying hard to restore the electricity supply as soon as possible.
Notably this is the third time that the Capital city is facing power outage and the people are in great trouble due to this problem. Due to tripping of high tension transmission line 80% of the areas of Karachi faced darkness.
