Teefa Inn Trouble to be screened at Chinese film festival

LAHORE – Ali Zafar starrer Teefa in Trouble will be screened at Silk road International film festival, China.

The festival is being held in Chinese city Fuzhou which is holding several film viewings during the festival, with domestic and foreign films of different types from Russia, India, Pakistan, France, Canada, Japan, Hungary, Turkey, Lithuania, and many other Silk Road-related countries and regions.

From Pakistan, Teefa in Trouble got the privilege to be screened at the festival. Lead actor Ali Zafar will represent Pakistan at the festival. Sharing a picture of his table, Ali Zafar said, “Coming soon”.

The State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film, and Television of the People’s Republic of China (SAPPRFT) established the Silk Road International Film Festival in 2014, focusing on countries along the maritime Silk Road to implement the strategic conception of “the Silk RoadEconomic Belt” and “21st-Century Maritime Silk Road.

So far, the four Silk Road International Film Festivals have been alternately hosted by Xi’an City in north China’s Shaanxi Province, and Fuzhou City in southeast China’s Fujian Province.
