52,000 complaints received under PCP system: Fawad Chaudhry

ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit (PMDU) has received more than 52,000 complaints under Pakistan Citizens’ Portal (PCP) system according to official figures.

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Hussain told media that, 14,000 out of the 52,000 complaints were received regarding cleanliness and the portal system would help keep updating the government about the performance of the national institutions, he added.

The minister said the complaints had been transferred to the chief of the departments concerned.

As many as 342,000 applications could be received at a time on the portal and the PCP system was a revolutionary step of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government, he added.

Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said that 1,50,000 persons had got registered through the system.
