RAWALPINDI (Online) – The Punjab government has announced public holiday on December 05 in Rawalpindi on the occasion of Local Bodies polls.
Notification has been issued in this respect by the Punjab government.

The Election Commission of Pakistan has hired the services of army to ensure polls are held peacefully.
Army and Rangers contingent will be deployed in 46 union councils of municipal corporation and other 11 sensitive union councils.
