ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday rejected the government’s notification against the recent fee hike by private schools fee, declaring it ‘justified’.
Top private educational institutes had earlier challenged the government notification in the IHC on September 23, 2015.

The court has directed the Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA) to seek recommendations from private educational institutions before finalizing new rules.
Earlier, the government had issued directives to private academic institutes to adjust or reimburse the fee to students.
