MUZZAFARABAD (Staff Report) – The government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) on Thursday proscribed as many as 61 organisations including Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and several others.
Jaish-e-Muhammad, Harkat-ul-Mujahdeen, Hizb-ul-Tehrir and Lashkar-e-Islam are also among those organisations barred to function in the territory.
Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) is said to be kept under strict monitoring, said the issued notification.
Most of the organisations included the list are also proscribed to function in Pakistan.
