BEIJING – Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi’s smartphone Mi X6 which is expected to launch as Mi A2 globally was spotted on Chinese Telecommunications equipment certification centre, TENAA.
The newly confirmed leaks by bestunderr today (Monday) suggest that the device will be powered by an Octa-core Snapdragon 626 chipset clocked at 2.2GHz which would be combined with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
Like its predecessor Mi A1, the phone will also support expandable storage. The phone will hit the market soon based on Android Oreo 8.1.
The spec sheet also suggests that there will be a 5.99-inch IPS LCD panel with Full HD+ resolution and, the dual camera 20 MP + 8 MP setup, the latter with a relatively big aperture of f/1.8 while the Selfie snapper will be a 20 MP F/2.0 unit.
The new smartphone is powered by a 2910 mAh battery, which is smaller in capacity compared to its previous model. The fingerprint scanner will be placed on the rear panel.
The Xiaomi Mi 6X will be available in Red (pictured here), Pink, Gray, White, Silver, Gold, Rose Gold and Black.
