The attack apparently followed PTI chairman Imran Khan naming Firdous Shamim Naqvi as the candidate to contest from PS102 in Karachi.
Officials said the Insaf House administration did not allow the police to visit the premises.
According to the police, the Insaf House administration said that it was a party matter and was being resolved internally.
