LAHORE – Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore announced results of Class 9 annual examinations, with the overall pass percentage recorded at 46.51%, meaning more than half of the candidates failed to clear the exams.
The results were announced by Lahore Board Chairman Professor Badr-ul-Salam and Controller of Examinations Tausif-ur-Rehman.
The figures show that the number of unsuccessful candidates was way higher than those who passed, pushing the failure rate above 50%.
