DUBAI – Dubai based Indian businessman Balvindar Sahani just shelled out Dh 4,520,000 to buy his most favourite mobile number.
Sahani’s favourite du number 058-8888888 cost him a staggering amount during a sell-off at Grand Hyatt Dubai Convention centre.
According to Khaleej Times, the ecstatic tycoon after having the desired number said: ‘I can never use this number. I got it in my hands at 8.30pm today and till now, within just 2 hours, I’ve received 1,000 calls.’
Balvindar Sahani who owns property management company was also in the headlines last year for spending DH33 million to buy famous Dubai number ‘D5’ for his car.
