PESHAWAR (Staff Report) – The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has arrested as many as six suspected terrorists in a raid in outskirts of Bannu city, a statement said on Monday.
The suspects were members of a banned outfit and belonged to Miranshah and Mirali areas of North Wazirirstan and Bannu district.
During the raid CTD personnel also recovered 20 hand grenades, 2kg explosive material, detonators and safety fuses from militants’ hideout.
