ISLAMABAD (Staff Reporter) – The government on Monday promoted Air Vice Marshal Farooq Habib to the rank of Air Marshal and Air Commodore Muhammad Khalid Dabir to the rank of Air Vice Marshal.
Air Marshal Farooq Habib was commissioned in the General Duty – Pilot (GDP) Branch of Pakistan Air Force in June, 1982.
He is a graduate of Combat Commanders’ School, Air War College and National Defence University. During his career, he has commanded a Fighter Squadron and an Operational Base. He is recipient of Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military).
