Imran Khan lauds public participation in PSL final as he himself misses high-octane clash

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan Sunday appreciated the public participation in Pakistan Super League (PSL) final being held in Lahore.

Imran took to Twitter and extended good wishes to both Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi in the league’s final.

It is pertinent to mention here that the cricketer-turned politician had earlier termed holding PSL final in Lahore ‘madness’.

“God forbid if any mishap happens we can say goodbye to international cricket in Pakistan for next decade,” he said.

The PTI supremo would himself not be attending the star-studded event despite being invited formally by the country’s cricketing board.
