After the success of Pakistan’s first web series Enaaya, director Wajahat Rauf has just revealed the star-studded the cast for his upcoming film ‘Chhalawa’. Wajahat Rauf has directed films like ‘Karachi se Lahore’ and ‘Lahore se Aage.’
Wajahat Rauf has not made any official announcement until now but he revealed the cast, which includes Mehwish Hayat, Azfar Rahman, Zara Noor Abbas, Asad Siddiqui, Ashir Wajahat, Mahmood Aslam and Adnan Shah Tipu. From the looks of the video, the film appears to be an ebullient love story.
The leading cast of the film also took to social media to share the news and express their excitement for their upcoming project.
Apart from directing the film, Wajahat has also written and produced it. The film’s music has been composed by Shiraz Uppal and styling and wardrobe is being handled by Muneeb Nawaz and Asma Sohail Hashmi.
Chhalawa will release on this Eid ul Fitr.
