PESHAWAR (Web Desk) -At least one person has been killed and four others injured as militants attacked a school playground in Lower Kurram Agency on Wednesday.
As per initial reports, a football match was going on at Ali Zai High School in lower Kurram.
Two explosions were heard from the school premises.
“It is a terrorist attack and the target was a football match,” a political administration official said immediately after the incident.
“Terrorists opened fire at the players and spectators in the football ground,” the official added.
Rescue sources say all of the victims have been shifted to nearby hospital.
