RAWALPINDI (Web Desk) – On behalf of Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC), Director General Strategic Plans Division (SPD), Lieutenant General Mazhar Jamil, Tuesday conferred Distinguished Service Medals upon 28 eminent scientists, engineers and officials of SPD for their meritorious services during an investiture ceremony.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release the investiture ceremony was held at Joint Staff Headquarters, Rawalpindi.
