OKARA (Staff Report) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is all set to stage a political rally on Wednesday ahead of NA-144 by-poll in Okara.
All preparations have been made for the rally where party chairman Imran Khan will also address the workers.
During the rally Khan is also expected announce next course-of-action against the ECP officials who allegedly helped the ruling party in rigging the elections.
Meanwhile former member of provincial assembly (MPA) belonging to Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Akram Khan Kanju has joined PTI.
The by-poll is scheduled to be held on October 11 in NA-144. PTI candidate Ashraf Sohna is in the run against PPP candidate Chaudhry Sajjadul Hasan and PML-N candidate Ali Arif Chaudhry for the by-poll.
