KARACHI (Web Desk) – A homoeopathic doctor was shot dead on Saturday when unknown motorcyclists opened fire at his clinic in Nazimabad area of Karachi.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Central Capt (r) Chaudhry Asad Ali said Dr Anwar Ali Abidi and another person sustained injuries when assailants opened fire at the doctor’s clinic in Paposh, Nazimabad. Later, the doctor succumbed to his injuries.
His body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities.
Police suspected the incident was the result of target killing.
