MULTAN – Senior politician Javed Hashmi has said that the government is mistreating with MNA Jamshed Dasti, adding that Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif can go to jail tomorrow and they would also be barred to meet anyone.
Speaking to media outside Central Jail Multan, he asked the government not to introduce wrong traditions. He was of the opinion that Parliament is surety of the county therefore the government should have good ties with parliamentarians.
He further said that doors of jails are always open for politicians so the authorities concerned be allowed people to meet Jamshed Dasti.
Earlier, Jamshed Dasti and Chairman of Meharpur Union Council (UC), Malik Ajmal were arrested by Punjab police for forcibly opening canal in Muzaffargarh.
