Pakistan Army kills 16 Afghan Taliban over unprovoked border attack

PESHAWAR – Pakistan Army killed 16 Afghan Taliban and injuring 27 others in a befitting response to the unprovoked aggression at the Pak-Afghan border since September 7.

Reports said Afghan Taliban started unprovoked firing from Palosin area adjacent to border with heavy weapons and targeted Pakistani check posts.

The unprovoked firing continued till yesterday (September 9) evening while Pakistan Army gave a befitting reply to the firing.

The security sources further said that two tanks of Afghan Taliban were also destroyed.

Security officials said any unprovoked aggression at the Pak-Afghan border will be given a befitting reply.
