HOBART (APP) – Kumar Sangakkara became the first batsman to hit four consecutive one-day centuries as Sri Lanka scored 363 for nine in the World Cup Pool A match against Scotland in Hobart on Wednesday.
Sangakkara made 124 off 95 balls and Tillakaratne Dilshan scored 104, the pair adding 195 for the second wicket after Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat at the Bellerive Oval.
Sri Lanka have already qualified for the quarter-finals, while Scotland are out of the race with four successive defeats.
