Woman gives birth to baby girl on PIA flight

MULTAN - An unexpected passenger became part of a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight after a woman gave birth a baby girl during a Multan-bound flight.

The woman was travelling from Madina to Multan through a flight PK-716 on today (Tuesday) when she went into labour.

With the quick response of cabin crew and a trained paramedic onboard, the woman gave birth to a healthy baby before the plane made an emergency landing at the Karachi airport.

The PIA also shared the pictures of the newborn on his Twitter handle saying, Miracles happen everyday and we had our little miracle today onboard our flight PK716 from Madinah to Multan".

"A beautiful baby girl was born! We congratulate the proud parents on the new arrival and a big kudos to our cabin crew for their amazing emergency response".
