Pakistan wishful of talks with India on all issues: FO Spokesman

ISLAMABAD (News Desk) – Foreign Office Spokesperson Nafees Zakaria on Sunday said that Pakistan wants to resolve all outstanding issues with India through dialogue.

Speaking with state-run Radio Pakistan, the spokesman said that Pakistan has also offered India to hold exclusive dialogue on Kashmir. He said that Pakistan is a peace loving country and wants to have friendly relations with all its neighbors.

He said that solution of Kashmir issue is imperative for durable peace in the region. He said the country of the region should focus on the development of its people because this region has poorest segments of the world.

The spokesperson said that the world should also play its role for the resolution of the Kashmir issue. He said Pakistan wants the solution to the Kashmir dispute according the aspirations of the Kashmiris in lines with the United Nations Security Council’s resolutions.

He said Pakistan has raised the voice on Kashmir at all the international forums and will continue to do this till the resolution of the Kashmir issue.

Speaking about the Indian forces brutalities in held Kashmir, the Foreign Office Spokesperson said that since the start of the liberation struggle by Kashmiris, over 100,000 Kashmiris have sacrificed their live, and 20,000 handicapped.
