There is no contradiction in PM Nawaz’s replies on Panama case: Saad Rafique

ISLAMABAD – Federal Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique claimed that there is no contradiction in Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s replies regarding Panama case that were given to the National Assembly and Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Saad Rafique was addressing a press conference after attending a stormy session of National Assembly in which Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawmakers chanted slogans against him when he stood to his place for addressing the session

The minister said, “The PTI is scheming against democracy. The PTI lawmakers are only attending the session so that they can collect their salaries. We tried to speak on our turn, but Imran Khan’s gang on purpose disrupted the session by surrounding the speaker’s dais,” Rafique said.

“We are ready to talk on Panama issue with PPP and PTI if they demand,” he said, adding that politics of agitation was not acceptable. He said that Imran Khan is a “master of U-turn”, adding that the PTI demanded a commission to probe Panama case, but it stepped back at the time of its formation.
