PESHAWAR – Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Nasir Khan Durrani is going to retire on Thursday (today).
According to sources, the KP government is attempting to continue to use the expertise of the IG who is famous for his police reforms, after his retirement.
Last week on Friday, the employees of Central Police Office Peshawar arranged a farewell party in honour of the outgoing Inspector General of Police at CPO Peshawar.
Addressing the ceremony, IGP Nasir Khan Durrani termed the staff of the CPO as life blood for the force in formulating and implementing of force policies, adding that they played a pivotal role in efforts to streamline the force.
