KARACHI – Pakistan’s President Dr Arif Alvi and top military commander, General Qamar Javed Bajwa, have reached the National Stadium to watch the final match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2019, due to start shortly.
Karachi’s National Stadium will be the place to be for cricket entertainment today as the two best and most popular teams – Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi – will clash in the final of PSL’s fourth edition.
Also, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Major General Asif Ghafoor and DG Rangers (Sindh) Muhammad Saeed have also taken the seats before the big clash, due to start at 8:00 pm (PKT).
Chief Guest Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto and other civilian leaders including Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed are also gracing the occasion.

DG ISPR sends good wishes to PSL Final teams
Earlier today, the military spokesman extended his good wishes to the finalists.
Sharing the third promo of Pakistan Day Parade, the DG ISPR said good luck to teams playing PSL Final. The promo features various national and international cricketers.

PSL 2019 Final
Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi will clash in the sell-out final of the PSL 4.
Peshawar Zalmi had qualified for the final of PSL-4 after beating Islamabad United by 48 scores in Eliminator-II while Quettea Gladiators had already qualified for the final by beating Peshawar Zalmi by 10 scores in the first qualifier.
Ahead of the start of PSL 2019 Final, a closing ceremony started with a moment of silence to pay respects to the victims of the Christchurch shooting in New Zealand.

The closing ceremony lineup included super hit performances by Junoon, heartthrob Fawad Khan and Shuja Haider along with the enchanting Aima Baig and the energetic Young Desi.
The closing ceremony also had the powerhouse of energy, Abrar ul Haq who performed on his upbeat tunes to get the entire Karachi audience groove with his Punjabi lyrics filled with infinite exuberance.
Moreover, Pakistan’s pop queen Nazia Hassan was honored at PSL’s closing ceremony.
