ABU DHABI (Staff Report) – Pakistani spinner Yasir Shah is fit once again after his injury ahead of England Test series and he is expected to join the playing eleven in the second Test game in Abu Dhabi.
According to head coach Waqar Younis, Shah is fit now and went for net practice on Friday. He could be part of the team in second Test match but final decision yet remains to be taken after the first game is finished, he said.
Meanwhile captain Misbah-ul-Haq also expressed his dissatisfaction for playing first Test match short of a spinner. We would be coming up with a surprise plan in second game, he said without commenting whether Yasir Shah will be part of the plan or not.
Pakistan and England are scheduled to begin the second Test match on October 22.
