ISLAMABAD (Online) – A man, impersonating as a National Accountability Bureau officer, has been apprehended in the federal capital.
He was apprehended after extorting Rs0.2 million from a retired Tehsildar within the jurisdiction of Abpara Police station.
Mohammad Iqbal, a resident of Abpara Police, lodged a complaint with local police that Aitzaz Sikandar while impersonating himself as NAB Director extorted Rs 0.2million from him.
The accused had been blackmailing him for the past several months.
The police have registered a case and started investigation.
