Not just the trophy, Pakistani team also won free burgers for the rest of their lives

LAHORE – The Pakistani team that snatched an unexpected victory from India in final of Champions Trophy 2017 not only bagged a remarkable ICC title but burgers for the rest of their lives as well.

Johny & Jugnu, a popular fast-food chain based in Lahore, has announced free burgers for the Pakistani team provided they win the Champions Trophy.

The ‘risk’ was taken on June 16 for the playing XI. However, as Green Shirts overpowered their arch-rivals India on Sunday, they were entitled to claim free burgers for the rest of their lives, which surely is not a bad deal.

The exciting burger offer is valid only for the playing squad who can claim a single burger on a takeaway order.

It bears mentioning that as soon as Pakistani team sent Indian XI to pavilion after setting a staggering 339 runs target for them, cricket fans poured out on streets in Pakistan, UAE and London especially.

Apart from the J&J offer, countless other promotions are waiting for Green Shirts as soon as they arrive back home with the trophy Pakistan earned for the first time in history.
