SHENZHEN – Chinese smartphone manufacturer Huawei has unveiled its newest mid-range smartphone Huawei Y5 Prime.
The Huawei Y5 Prime 2018 will feature a 5.45-inch HD+ display with the resolution of (720 x 1440) pixels and there’s no fingerprint sensor.
The company has not disclosed the exact details related to the make and model of the internal chipset, however, speculations suggest that it carries a quad-core clocked at 1.5 GHz with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB).
The smartphone features a 13-megapixel single camera setup at the rear and a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
Huawei Y5 2018 features a Face Unlock and Android Oreo 8.1 with customized EMUI on top.
The smartphone supports 4G LTE in connectivity and 3020mAh battery that comes with the company’s Power Saving 6.0 technology.
There are no words by the company about pricing and availability of the smartphone.
