MUMBAI (Web Desk) – Bharatiya Swabhiman Sangathan – a social forum from Maharashtra, India has demanded the immediate arrest of Mumbai-based model and actress Arshi Khan for allegedly hurting the sentiments of a large section of Indians and particularly Hindus under section 153-A and 295-A and other relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.
According to Pramod Joshi, General Secretary of the Bharatiya Swabhiman Sangathan (BSS), Arshi Khan has offended thousands of Hindus in India by making insulting statements about Shiv Sena president Shri Uddhavji Thackeray and calling him “senile”.

Further the actress had also openly stated in the media that she is a Pakistani supporter and she had openly challenged the Shiv Sena to throw ink on her face.
“Arshi Khan who claims to be an actress and model based in Mumbai and who is originally from Bhopal is in reality a Pakistani ISI (Inter Services Intelligence) agent, and is operating in Mumbai under the guise of a model and actress,” BSS alleged.
Her self-professed, self-confessed links with several Pakistani cricketers and her roots in Afghanistan and Karachi must be investigated, the BSS has demanded.

According to BSS General Secretary, “Arshi Khan has made several trips to Dubai in the last one year, where she met with some senior Pakistani intelligence officers.
She must be thoroughly investigated and probed and her links with the Pakistani underground network must be exposed.”
Pramod Joshi, General Secretary of the Bharatiya Swabhiman Sangathan said he has sent a written complaint to the Mumbai Police Commissioner Ahmed Javed and the Thane Police Commissioner accusing both Dolly Bindra and Arshi Khan of creating communal tension by making wild accusations against a religious leader.
Joshi demanded that both Dolly Bindra and Arshi Khan should be arrested as per the provisions of the Indian law for making false statements, hurting Hindu sentiments and insulting national leaders for their own publicity.
