MUMBAI – Famous Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has come out in support of Fawad Khan after a blog post by an Indian journalist asking the Pakistani actor to leave the country and a 48-hours deadline given to Pakistani artists by extremist group.

According to Indian media, Shah Rukh Khan said there were no boundaries for talent and Fawad Khan should not be targeted over political matters. Shah Rukh Khan strongly condemned such conspiracies, adding that it was not right to point out Fawad or another celebrity.
Recently, an extremist group affiliated with Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) also warned the Pakistani artists to leave India in 48-hours.

The group threatened to beat up Pakistani artists, including those who cast them in their productions. “Pakistani kalakaar toh maar khaayenge hi, saath mein jo yahan producer/director hain unko bhi peetenge (Paksitani artists will be beaten up and so will the producers and directors),” a member of the extremist group said.

An Indian named Soumyadipta Banerjee who in a post told Pakistani actor Fawad Khan to leave the country.
