ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court has scheduled hearings on petitions challenging the 26th Constitutional Amendment for October 7.
An eight-member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear the case at 11:30 a.m. on the scheduled date.
The bench also includes Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Ayesha Malik, Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Musarrat Hilali, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan, and Justice Shahid Bilal.
