For all the 12 days of holidays, if you could visit one one Christmas market, then better visit the Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin, Germany. With traditional German food (sausages and mulled beverages), the hospitality of the market sweeps you off your feet with classic wooden huts to give an all cozy feel.
4) Tivoli Gardens’ Christmas Market, Copenhagen, Denmark
The Tivoli Gardens may be the amusement parks for the rest of the year, but when Christmas comes forth, the place is transformed into a world of magic. Festive lights, raditional Danish julefrokost (Christmas feast), and treats like aebleskive (a pan-baked doughnut) and spiced beverages will warm your insides with love.
5) Winter Wonders, Brussels, Belgium
This is a festival and a Christmas market. With more than 200 stalls offering famous Belgian treats (Hint: waffles), ice skating, a Ferris wheel, light shows and, a huge Christmas tree, one could get lost in the festivity of the place alone.
