RAWALPINDI (Staff Report) – Army Chief General Raheel Sharif has reached the Turkish city of Izmir to witness joint military exercises, the ISPR said on Monday.
In a statement, the Inter Services Public Relations said the COAS will discuss matters of mutual interest and the security situation in the two countries with his Turkish counterpart.
During his two-day official visit, the army chief will inspect military drills in Izmir, Turkey, the statement added.
