Kareena Kapoor Khan is the epitome of fitness. Her transformation ever since she delivered her baby, Taimur, all the way till now is remarkably inspiring for all of us. While people are dying to know about her weight loss goals and fitness tips, her best friend Amrita Arora took to her Instagram for everyone to see how both the girls have been showing off their ‘dumbbell working skills!’

Kareena starts off with aerial yoga, followed by aerial Pilates and aerial fitness; obviously, she doesn’t choose to spend much time running on a treadmill, or even cycling. With more stretches of yoga and a variety of muscular exercises, the striking beauty and actress lays down the ground rules for all.
