KARACHI (Staff Report) – An anti-terrorism court on Saturday declared Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain a fugitive in case filed by Sindh Rangers.
According to details the investigation officer while presenting police report in the court informed that police failed to arrest the accused as he was not present in country. He further pleaded to declare MQM chief as fugitive which was accepted by the judge.
Earlier an FIR was registered against Altaf Hussain under the charges of terrorism and attempt to murder upon request of Rangers’ Colonel Tahir.
