LAHORE — A Pakistani official made Chinese visitor tongue-tied by pasting visa on their passports using saliva instead of glue.
The video of the official, yet to be unidentified, is making rounds on the social media.
According to the Twitterati, who shared the video, she received the video from her Chinese friend.
