PESHAWAR (Staff Report) – As Pakistan celebrated Minorities’ Rights Day on Tuesday Reham Khan, the wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan, also hosted a dinner for PTI’s minority leaders in Peshawar while she said “the famous Charsi Tikka is on the menu,” in a twitter post.
However later on Khan, who recently joined practical politics, had to explain that Charsi Tikka was a famous restaurant in Peshawar. There is no Charas – a drug- in the food, she said in a following twitter post.
For those who have never been to Peshawar Charsi Tikka is the name of a Restaurant in Namak Mandi. There is no Charas in the food.

Earlier Reham Khan met an unfortunate controversy over her educational certificates and while explaining it on Twitter she went on to say that she doesn’t watch Pakistani TV channels, which landed her into just another controversy.
This morning is a great example of why I have never picked up the Daily Mail & why I don’t watch Pakistani TV channels. — Reham Khan (@RehamKhan1) July 15, 2015
As a result the TV anchor turned politician disclosed that she does not have any TV set in her room, to put an end to the controversy.
