KARACHI (Web Desk) – The national flag barrier airline company, PIA, has initiated an inquiry against the pilot who allowed Reham Khan to sit in plane’s cockpit during her flight from London to Lahore through PK-788.
The ex-wife of Imran Khan had Thursday reached Pakistan after a month-long stay in United Kingdom since her divorce.
Daily Dawn has quoted PIA spokesman Danial Gillani as saying the pilot’s initial statement suggests that he could not refuse to entertain the wish of Reham Khan to sit in plane cockpit. Reham stayed in cockpit during the flight for few minutes, he confirmed.
However the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) said that pilot’s favour was against the rules and flight safety measurements and hence the matter will be thoroughly investigated.
