Over 65 dead in Libya bomb blast

TRIPOLI (Web Desk) – At least 66 people died when a truck loaded with explosives struck into police training centre in Libya’s city of Zliten on Thursday.

Rescue teams rushed to the site immediately after the blast, and shifted more than 50 injured to Misurata Central Hospital.

Number of casualties is expected to mount as most of the injured are said to be in critical condition.

None of the militant groups has so far claimed responsibility of the blast.
