HBDShahidAfridi: Boom Boom Afridi turns 36

LAHORE (Staff Report) – Pakistan’s most celebrated all-rounder cricketer Shahid Afridi, who is apparently heading towards retirement this summer, has turned 36 today (Tuesday).

Boom Boom Afridi; born on March 1, 1980; started his cricketing career at the young age of 16 in October 1996. It was only his second game when he smashed fastest century of ODI history off 37 balls only.

Afterwards in his career Afridi has always been known for sixes and excellent spin power of his hands. He entertained the cricketing fans worldwide in all three formats of the sport.

Currently Shahid Afridi has secured 535 wickets in international cricket and hammered 11,095 runs in international career.
