DUBAI (Staff Report) – His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, today launched a special Ramazan campaign in the UAE that aims to provide five million books for children in refugee camps and students in under-privileged schools across the world.
